Greetings! For the second in our Roundtable series with Marilyn Dollar, ClaireYvonne Nesbitt, and Tom Lancaster, we're bringing you favorite quotes, and a beautiful poem written by ClaireYvonne!
Hope you enjoy this episode – and feel as inspired – as I do!
Cheers –

Greetings! In reality the title of this episode is but one tiny part of the whole, because I get to bring you a roundtable today!
Click play to hear my conversation with three world-class coaches. Three amazing people, Tom Lancaster, Marilyn Dollar, and ClaireYvonne Nesbitt, who have each inspired me to become the best version of myself I can possibly be, simply with their presence and their sharing of thoughts – and in one case poetry (coming up in the next episode!)
The title of this episode feels especially relevant as I write these notes, after spending some time camping.
Out in nature, but with other humans – and their generators and loud music – which, if I let it, could have truly spoiled camping experience. (I'll write more on my camping experience, including the 48 hours I spent solo camping all by my onesies!, in an upcoming free newsletter-essay, which you can sign up for here: https://bit.ly/K2essays .)
For now, sit back and enjoy an amazing conversation. I hope that hearing from these three superb coaches helps you as much as it helped me!
Cheers!
Karen (or Kay, as these folks know and refer to me)

Thanks for listening/watching! I'm glad you are here
I'm thrilled to bring you this conversation with world-class coach Mike Harris!
(FYI: There is some mild adult language in here, so maybe listen away from sensitive ears or use ear buds : )
Mike is currently writing a book on the value he holds most dear, freedom.
He's a deep thinker who understands the importance of irreverence – in fact I almost called today's episode after something Mike says in our conversation:
"There is a certain irreverence in having choice."
He brings playful energy, a fascinating life journey that brought him where he is today, and at heart a vision for how we can all enjoy the pants off of our lives!
Here are some other mic drops you'll hear Mike share:
"The world is skewed toward a linear expression of how things are supposed to go."
"What if play weren't a reward in a transaction?"
"What if we lived our entire lives in the value of freedom?"
It's so good!
A couple notes:
1. This was originally supposed to be two episodes… I chose to keep the tape running, instead bringing you one longer one. If the ideas are flying at you fast and furious, and you need to pause and come back, I wanted to give you the choice of when and how to do that. But I bet that you, like me, will dive in and this time will go so quickly!
2. Fellow world-class coach Marilyn Dollar was planning to join us but there was a technological snafu… You'll hear us talk about her, and while she doesn't make it into today's conversation she will be coming on the show. So stay tuned : )
I hope you love this conversation as much as I did!
